Our Mission
Jam and Toast is an independent online music publication built around a simple belief: live music matters. Through photography, interviews, reviews, features, and festival coverage, we document the artists, venues, fans, and moments that make music feel alive.
We believe the best stories are not always found under the biggest spotlight. They are in the opening set that steals the night, the small room that feels electric, the festival field where strangers become friends, and the artists building something real one show at a time.
Jam and Toast is also proud to support nonprofits, benefit shows, community-driven events, and feel-good projects that use music and creativity to help others. When music is tied to something bigger, we want to help shine a light on it.
This publication is driven by passion, not profit. We do this because we believe in the power of music, the importance of community, and the value of preserving the moments that might otherwise disappear when the lights come up.
We also believe the music community should be safe, respectful, and welcoming. Jam and Toast does not support harassment, bullying, hate, abuse, or behavior that tears the scene down.
